Zac-N-Tash

A new derivative of the Macantosh family of apples?  Nope.

A new Apple product?  No again.

A wonderful couple whose name we coined for them?  YES!

We are very proud to say that we came up with Zac-N-Tash.  It is the marrying of the first names of one of our wedding clients, Zach and Natasha!  Soon they themselves will be marrying and they are looking to use the name as a tagline for their wedding!  Make sure we get credit for that!  LOL!

Anyway, their engagement shoot took place this past week and it was a lot of fun!  We decided to center it around the places they first met, namely their high school and the local ice cream stand.  Both are located in Bethlehem, PA.  The ice cream stand is where they had their first date and was the focal point of the session.  We wanted to capture their intimacy as well as the fun neon environment of the stand.  I think we succeeded.

Zach used to play baseball, so we also decided, as part of the high school part of the shoot, that we would use the baseball field.  Historically, he was a second baseman, but I had him cover the pitcher’s mound for the shoot.  Tash loves theater and has a really good posing sense.  She helped Zach and I believe we got some great stuff.

See for yourselves….

Foxy Lady and David!

I recently met up with Jessica (aka: Foxy Lady…inside joke!) and David to shoot their engagement session.  We chose a really cool location to pump up the volume a bit in typical Transposure fashion.  The weather was perfect, they were perfect, the creativity was flowin’!

I love engagement sessions!  Why you ask?  Well, like we tell our clients, it is just one more opportunity to get to know them prior to their big day.  And yes, that is important.  It introduces the client to the ways of the photographer and allows them to gain the trust and just get comfortable in front of the camera.  A lot of couples come to the table with trepidation, only to find it is quickly dispelled by the communication, humor and fun they have on their shoot!  We love that!

Some shots from the day….
